The estimated date you should order by in order to get your items by Christmas in the continental US is December 17th, 2025. Weather and carrier delays are always a possibility so it is not guaranteed. We will get them out the door as soon as possible, but after that we can not control it. Please order as soon as you can if you want these for presents!
We are now offering limited international shipping! We held off on this for a while because it is expensive for everyone involved, us and the customer. BUT, for those around the globe that MUST have our Stylin Mystery Boxes - you have the option.
Shipping is calculated in real time by the carrier (UPS). Rates are based on your country, each country and location within will vary. These prices DO NOT include taxes / tariffs / duties that your home country may charge. You may need to pay those additional costs when the item arrives. Please be aware and prepare for that.
Once you begin checkout with an international address prices will switch to your local currency based on recent exchange rates, automatically.
To Our Canadian Friends: We use UPS Standard for all Canadian shipments.
Please note: Due to the high cost of shipping internationally, there are no refunds for international orders of any kind.

It's a box that contains items geared towards fans of the brands seen on the box (a movie, tv show, video game, etc). Part of the fun is being surprised by what's inside.
No, all the boxes of one specific theme contain the same items. So basically the same box equals the same contents.
No, we do not currently offer monthly subscription services for our boxes. All boxes are a one time purchase.
Some boxes will sell out and never return. Others will come back in stock. We may create new versions of boxes, too. If you have a question about a specific box click here and let us know. You can also sign up for notifications for boxes to find out as soon as they come back in stock, you'll see the sign up form on the product page if available.
Well, to be honest, it is a mystery, which is kinda the point. You will receive 5-8 items in your box. All wearable items will be one size fits all or adjustable such as hats, socks, blankets, bags, etc so you do not need to worry about sizing.
Yes, we sell ONLY officially licensed boxes filled with officially licensed merchandise inside.
Orders take 1-2 business days to ship out from our warehouse. Once in transit you can use the tracking number you will receive via email to track your delivery.
Unfortunately damage during shipping, while very rare, does happen. To have an item replaced please head to our contact form and let us know and we can get a replacement item out to you. Please be prepared to submit pictures upon request.
You will need to reach us via our contact form to request a refund. Please keep in mind, if approved for a refund, shipping costs to return the box will be solely your responsibility. Also, the box must arrive back to our warehouse in sell-able condition. Once it's been inspected a refund will be issued.

When a box is marked Retired it means that it is completely done and will not be coming back in stock.
When an item is marked Sold Out it means that we currently have no inventory available but may have more later on.
