Refund policy

Shipping

We ship via multiple carriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL and others. We process orders until 2 PM Eastern time, Monday-Friday.  Any order placed after this time will be processed the next business day.   All items ship from our warehouse in Memphis Michigan, USA.  Most packages will arrive in 2-4 business days after they have left our warehouse for US customers. Please allow 2 business days for processing and handling before they ship.  All Stylin Boxes will ship within another shipping box.

We are now offering limited international shipping! 

Shipping is calculated in real time by the carrier (UPS). Rates are based on your country, each country and location within will vary. These prices DO NOT include taxes / tariffs / duties that your home country may charge. You may need to pay those additional costs when the item arrives. Please be aware and prepare for that.

Once you begin checkout with an international address prices will switch to your local currency based on recent exchange rates, automatically.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the original purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at via our contact form here. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  It should be printed and included in your return box.  Your original purchase price and it's shipping will be refunded once the item is returned to us and verified.  The cost of shipping the item back to us is your responsibility, we do not offer free returns.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discontinued items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
